What are the requirements?

PatientInsure for Facial Plastic Surgeons will pay Covered Expenses incurred by the patient for treatment of a Covered Complication, up to the applicable Maximum Limits of the policy given that the:

  •   Surgical Event is registered in the portal

  •   Covered Complication occurs within 45 days

  •   Treatment takes place at an accredited facility

  •   Cardiac Arrest
  •   DVT & Rule Out
  •   Fluid Overload

  •   Infection & Rule Out
  •   MI & Rule Out
  •   Pulmonary Dysfunction
  •   PE & Rule Out
  •   Seroma
  •   Severe Hypotension
